Refund policy

MocMakes sells digital files only. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to return. All purchases and refunds go through Etsy.

Ready-made files

• Because a digital download can’t be returned, I don’t offer refunds for a change of mind once the files are delivered.
• If a file is broken, won’t open, or isn’t what the listing describes, message me on Etsy or email [email protected]. I’ll fix it; if I can’t, I’ll refund you in full through Etsy.
• Files are checked by software, not test-cut. A cut that needs different power or speed settings on your machine is not a faulty file, but tell me anyway — I’ll help where I can.

Custom files

• If your idea can’t be made — for example, it is a copyrighted or trademarked character, logo or brand — I’ll tell you and cancel the order with a full refund.
• Up to 2 revisions on the same idea are included. A brand-new idea counts as a new order.
• Once a custom file has been delivered and accepted, it can’t be refunded, because it was made just for you.

How to ask

Use Etsy Messages on your order, or email [email protected] with your Etsy order number.
