Licence

This licence covers digital files sold by MocMakes. If an Etsy listing states its own licence terms, those terms apply to that listing.

You may

• Cut, engrave and make physical items from the files for yourself, as gifts, or for your home.
• Sell the physical items you make from the files, at markets, in your own shop or online.
• Resize the design or adjust it for your machine and material.

You may not

• Share, resell, give away or upload the digital files (SVG, DXF, PDF or any converted or edited version) anywhere.
• Sell the design as a digital product, a print-on-demand design or part of another file bundle.
• Claim the digital design as your own.

Custom files

A custom file made from your idea follows the same rules: you may sell the physical items you cut from it, but please don’t share or resell the file itself. Your own photos and ideas stay yours.
